Review on Access Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment by Tom Goodlow

I have been working with access for over 12 years now as both an employee recruiter/recruiting manager in their corporate office location located out-of state along wtih my home base at one time also back east but currently here locally again! All positions filled within two weeks or less each month!! The only downfall was that we had to work long days (5am - 7pm) which made it hard sometimes when you are trying t get up early just like us moms do during our child's school day hours. Great benefits package too including dental insurance coverage paid by employer through group plan provided thru them plus 401k matching program if employed full 8 months per year. ! The team at access has been so helpful in getting me through this process! They have helped answer all my questions along with providing great feedback about what to expect once I am hired for full time work as an RN/RN-to be (incoming). There are no dislikes or complaints that come up from our end when it comes down tot he hiring processes they offer!! Highly recommend them if you're looking into nursing jobs. Great group overall - will definitely use again next year. !
