These were more solid and better constructed than I imagined they would be. A very reasonable price for a pair of stretchers. A few years back I bought 3 pairs of shoes, all the same size and style and all from the same company. One pair fit great, the second pair fit ok but were not very comfortable so I rarely wore them, and the third pair did not fit at all. After using these stretchers, the 2nd pair are now comfortable to wear and are in regular use. The third pair are on the stretchers and I have confidence that they too will soon be in use. For those who don't know, spraying the inside of the shoes with a 50% water and 50% ordinary rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) mix, then inserting the stretchers, will aid in stretching the shoes.
