These shoelaces were not the bright purple as seen, but a somewhat more muted purple. This was fine, as they were purchased to go in my husband's black wingtips. Good purchase!

They have a good construction and appearance. They don't look cheap. They have lasted on me for a few months now by taking reasonably good care of them. I still have to do a double bow like with my original ones, but they renewed the appearance of my shoes by replacing the laces (the original ones were pretty worn out, more than the shoes). Using them on a pair of men's Steve Madden lace-ups, semi-casual shoes, nothing too fancy, but they look good.

Had a new pair of shoes that I love. While out the new shoe lace in the new shoe broke. I tied them together on the spot to get me through the day. Ordered the new shoelaces for these and one other pair. Better quality laces and just the right size and all is good with the world.

They are perfect for my clogging shoes. Love that they are 27" and round. Being round makes it easy to lace. My clogging teacher also loves them. I bought two pair so I gave her one. Thanks!

I ordered these are replacement laces for my daughter's jazz-shoe style tap shoes (size 5). We ordered a 27"lace and they fit perfectly (not too long). She has not danced in them yet, so hopefully they will stay tied.

I have extra wide calves when wearing boots. I bought some boots that lace up the calf so I could actually wear them. The laces that came with them didn't work so I was then on the hunt. These worked perfect. They are long enough and the color is perfect. Wish they were not so so stiff as they are hard to tie but other than that they are perfect. These laces were bought to replace the original dress shoe laces that came with my shoes. They are a few inches longer than the originals, but I just make my loops extra long to compensate for the extra length. They work, and they're cheap. I would recommend.

My husband actually uses these in his dress shoes. He likes his laces to be liturgical colors, so the pink and purple set are perfect for Advent. They look nice in his dress shoes and are appropriate length for them.

I like them. They're awesome and weren't as stiff as I thought they'd be. The material seems like kind of strange so I wouldn't recommend getting the strings wet. but then again what reason does anyone have for getting their dress shoes wet? Super nice quality. They are perfect for business shoes and trendy, casual shoes. I use them for my new ankle boots (not "hiking" boots, mind you. just out on the town, dress boots). Waxed laces will come loose at first. they need a little wear before they can be tied tightly.

I couldn't find my size or style I wanted locally so I purchased these. Good quality and color was very close to the pictures. Definitely satisfied.

perfect for what I needed it for. I had some laces that were faring on a pair of boots that needed to be replaced. I measured out the old pair to make sure these would fit and they are exactly right. Very happy with my purchase and will probably come back and order again when new laces are needed.

These now grace my LL Bean "Chippewa" shoes, which, being from the outlet store, came with an unmatched set of much-too-long laces. Unlike many laces made of synthetic laces, these don't become untied at the drop of a hat.

These are NOT for dress shoes, too thick in circumference for that. I bought them for a pair of suede plain toe bluchers, a casual shoe for jeans, khakis and shorts if you're adventurous. They are absolutely perfect for that. Good quality, seems like it will last a long time. No risk of rips or tears.

It was a little hard to tell if I had ordered the right size--there are options to select a size, but the order summary didn't say the correct size. I needed shoelaces, so I took a chance. They are the size that I put in my cart, and I really like the laces. They keep my shoes together.

I did NOT buy these to be boot laces. I bought them to replace the string on my beach hat. They are GREAT for that, and I bet would be great boot laces, too.

One of them broke after I pulled it to hard, the color is pretty much what you ask for, and generally the quality is on par. If you are not sure what size to get, guestimate, and always be safe by ordering a size up. or just measure. The waxed finish is not overbearing, and adds a nice look to the laces. If it completes the look that you are going for, then I say go for it, Revains competitive pricing, makes this an awesome option, compared to retail store offerings, and price points.

I measured my old laces to make sure these would be the same length, and they are. But they're kind of firm, not soft laces, and thinner than my previous ones. I bought them to match my silver athletic shoes because otherwise my other shoes came with geeky white laces. These new grey laces make my athletic shoes look nicer with jeans.
