I've been using these balls for about a week and they've already shown some effect on plantar fasciitis. I wouldn't say they're comfortable, but they don't have to be. Rather, the "pain" I feel when using them is what I would call good pain. After using one of the balls (I only have PF on one leg) I can walk without much pain and I've noticed that when I wake up in the morning the pain seems to lessen a bit. I'm not expecting a one day miracle but I figured it would be weeks or even months before I noticed the effects so it's great to feel some relief! The only slight difficulty I have is my feet roll the ball at an angle and I have to move the ball under my foot every 30-60 seconds. Everything else is good!
