YES YES YES. on electric massagers

This is one of my best investments! That's great! My friend and I love it. This massager comes with 4 attachments as you may know: pointed, round (half sphere), flat round (like a small pancake but hard lol) and 4 fingers. (I didn't look for the real names of the 4 attachments, but I just described how they look and feel.) Also: the massager comes with instructions that tell you how to properly massage the body. Of course I found out after we used it lol. It's useful to use, so give it a try and read before you dive in. :) I will describe what each attachment is and the order in which we use it for a full body massage.1. Round - this is the main one, which you will use every day in combination with a pancake. It really helps get into the muscles, but not as deep as the pointed one. We mainly use this in our full body massages because it really helps us find our problem areas and eases them up for the next step forward. 4 fingers - oh, it's great to point them towards the spine. Run it down the sides of your back, close to your spine, and it'll really sink in there. My boyfriend even felt his back straighten while I was massaging him. It's also very cool to put it on your shoulders and run it through your hands. Make sure you actually hit the ridges on your shoulders to release the heavy build up of pressure and phlegm lol.3. Pointed. We use it after four fingers because by then we know exactly where the pain is and we want it to go away. This tip is HERE. It's like this granny's thumb, which is damn strong and will wiggle with that knot. It hurts but it's nice, like the stretch you need. Damn. After all that massage, it's perfect for making things right and just feeling good, you know? That classic, oh yes, beautiful back massage. Basically, just enjoy the pancake. I have 3 herniated discs and scoliosis as well as leg pain and migraines and what not. For a while I didn't find anything that would have helped me except medication. It really works! It's a bit hard to hold but honestly I get over it and massage my other hand when I'm done doing it for my boyfriend. And ladies, that's cute lol. This massager is on my neck and head but we both still do it and everything works fine.
