Review on ColdGear Fitted Medium Men's Clothing by Under Armour: Stay Warm and Stylish by Paul Giordano

I bought the UA CG knowing that they are made of thicker material and higher quality than others that claim to have a similar construction and material. I'm using it as a base coat for outdoor work this winter, spring and fall. Ideal for those prone to sweating during heavy physical work. This material perfectly retains body heat and wicks sweat away from the skin, ensuring rapid evaporation. Additionally, this material doesn't feel as sticky as some types of athletic wear can have. The material is thicker and stronger than other brands. All of this adds to the comfort of the UA CG and will keep you dry and warm when layered properly. I've experimented with several layers on top and found that wearing it as a base layer and then a lightweight wool/poly DuoFold tracksuit works really well. On days when the temperature dropped below 0* and even -35* and below, depending on the wind and humidity, I wore UA ColdGear with mid-weight to heavyweight fleece long sleeved underwear, then a double-pleated tracksuit, then one of the following: Options: breathable , but windproof pants and padded bibs or overalls or thickly padded fleece pants or just a padded bib and a thick jacket. I always stay away from cotton and dress in layers and am usually quite comfortable in the cold and below freezing.
