I'm 5'11, about 443 and usually wear a size 10. I didn't want to look like a "muffin on it" or stuffed sausage so I got the large Bought. I couldn't be happier. They fit like a glove, don't feel like they're going to fall off, but they don't. I also pushed myself too hard. I bought them to feel like I was wearing "real clothes" and not a bathing suit as I wanted to move freely and not feel shy in my 53 year old body. " but I wanted something that dries quickly for a swim trip with my daughter in Bradenton, Florida and they were perfect. They seem to have a good fit. And I can wear them like regular shorts. I would definitely Case buy again And I could, in other colors.
