I was a little concerned that the vest might get wet on your shirt and pants, but once you wring the vest out it's fine. Her shirt felt slightly damp.

Vest for my daughter (she cannot regulate her body temperature) in hot weather. I was a little concerned that the vest might get wet on your shirt and pants, but once you wring the vest out it's fine. Her shirt felt a little damp, if anything. I've actually experienced it a bit myself and plan on getting one for myself when I'm mowing the lawn or working in the garden. My daughter uses it when she's at the playground and she doesn't even realize it.
