We recently adopted a 15 pound ex-feral 8 year old cat. To avoid scratching our furniture and carpets, we decided to add safety claws (plastic tips) to his front nails. Having had cats before, we knew what an ordeal this could be - cats can be strong willed and strong winders. We bought this cat bag and were amazed at how easy it was to install the safety nails. The bag is high quality, durable, easy to put a cat in it. It has a velcro closure at the neck and zip openings on each leg, back and sides. Once in the bag, Cody (our cat) has settled into the process. We accessed one paw at a time with no problem. The pouch is great if you need to give your cat an injection too. I highly recommend this product.
