I am a bit disappointed in the product after seeing the rave reviews. While I love the replacement bezel I received (it looks very nice, professional and feels good), it is slightly larger than it should be. Although it fits, it doesn't fit right. There is a small gap around the faceplate and the rest of the controller. Additionally, the launch and select buttons, as well as the switchable profile, are now roughly at the same level as the face and not raised. I would really like to give this place 5 stars. I don't know, maybe I caught a bug. Anything but a slight lift is perfect. (I believe the lift is coming from the right and left joystick holes) Edited. After reviewing the product and being unhappy with the slight boost, they sent me a new faceplate without even asking. Even if the new front panel does not solve a very small lifting problem, I think the customer service has been perfect. I believe it was right to send a new replacement to fix the problem without even asking me. Even after using my controller with a faceplate swap for a while I didn't notice that much boost. Front panel 3/5 and customer service 5/5
