I'm 14-16 years old and I accidentally ordered a small one, but it still fits me. (a bit tight but still looks good). The tutus are usually too short for me and I love how long and full they are. CONS: This is not a quality tuul, more like a plastic mesh. The material is pressed firmly and rigidly. Also, no one else mentioned the smell so maybe it's just me, but I got mine with a very strong chemical/factory smell. It was so awful. I put it outside on the patio to air it out for a few days (forgot it was there) and when I brought it back inside the mesh was a little less pressed and the smell was completely gone. Someone else mentioned using a hair dryer to fluff it up. i can try that The material is so stiff I think it would be GREAT under a dress/long skirt for added impact.
