I'm 14-16 years old and I accidentally ordered a small one, but it still fits me. (a bit tight but still looks good). The tutus are usually too short for me and I love how long and full they are. CONS: This is not a quality tuul, more like a plastic mesh. The material is pressed firmly and rigidly.
