Disappointed in the Quality Control of FUNARTY

Unfortunately, the artificial plant I recently bought from FUNARTY's online store came harmed. Customer service was contacted, but the answer was tardy and unhelpful. To eventually get a replacement, which took longer than anticipated to arrive, it took several follow-up emails and phone calls. Even though I respect the effort made to replace the damaged item, FUNARTY's lack of quality control and poor customer service disappointed me. Although I had high expectations for their goods, this incident has made me hesitant to shop at their store in the future.
