Shipping Dissatisfaction with FUNARTY

I'm a big believer in maintaining a healthy and energetic lifestyle, so when I saw FUNARTY's selection of faux florals and plants on their website, I knew I had to have some for my home gym. But I was let down by their delivery procedure. The delivery time was much longer than anticipated, and when the items finally arrived, some of the fake plants were broken. Considering how much they claim to value their customers, I was surprised by how slow and unhelpful their customer care response was…

FUNARTY Offers Both a Wide Variety and High-Quality Products.

I recently had the opportunity to make several purchases from FUNARTY's online store, and I have to say that I was completely impressed with the selection as well as the quality of their products. Their artificial plants and flowers looked incredibly realistic and added a sense of greenery to my space without the need for the maintenance that is required of real plants. Customer Service from FUNARTY was disappointing.

My most recent interaction with FUNARTY's customer care representatives was disappointing. When I called customer support about an artificial plant I had ordered that had arrived damaged, they were unresponsive and unhelpful in trying to resolve the situation. Even then, it took much longer than anticipated to obtain a replacement after numerous follow-up emails and phone calls. I had a bad overall experience with FUNARTY and would be hesitant to use them again in the future.

Disappointed in the Quality Control of FUNARTY

Unfortunately, the artificial plant I recently bought from FUNARTY's online store came harmed. Customer service was contacted, but the answer was tardy and unhelpful. To eventually get a replacement, which took longer than anticipated to arrive, it took several follow-up emails and phone calls.
