Review on 🎯 Enhancing Precision: Ezgogo Printing Filament for Dimensional Accuracy in Additive Manufacturing by Jose Guzman

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Basic good but not the best filament

Simple cheap PLA. Adheres well but not very well to glass or glass + magigoo. Moderate to high brittleness on unwind, but fairly strong bond and not too brittle after printing. Some stresses due to non-adhesion to the previous layers in the inner holes of the parts ("rolled circles"). Easily skips extrusion steps on a standard Creality CR-10 extruder. The surfaces are shiny, but rather uneven. This isn't wet spraying, it's simply uneven extrusion. Sure, I'm on a CR10 S5 with a very long bowden, but other brands have had better success in the consistency department. The line is wound quite tightly, but it winds very sloppily on the spool, be careful not to tangle it. The cost is acceptable at $13/kg, but it probably won't be a repeat purchase, especially since the price seems to have gone back up to Overture in hatchbox territory.

Pros
  • High compatibility: Compatible with all 3D printers (heated): Reprap, Afinia, MakerBot, PrintrBot, Ultimaker, Airwolf, Makergear, Lulzbot, Flashforge, Solidoodle, Delta, Ender 3 Mbot, Type A , 3D PEN (3doodler pen)
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
