Quality craftsmanship and have the great cedar scent. If you wear casual/dress shoes often or even occasionally, these are worth the purchase. They make a big difference in breaking in the heel and keeping the leather stretched to form around your toes. I noticed a difference after the first couple of days using them.Keep them narrow as you insert them so that they go as far in as they can. Once you push the heel in, the front half will expand to add pressure to the leather.And it's great to know they're planting a tree for each pair.
