Burnt out after 1 wash!

I bought this swimsuit for my 4 year old daughter. She is tall for her age but skinny so I bought a size 3-4. He suits her perfectly. I was going to wash it before she wore it to swimming lessons, so I put it in the washing machine and only rinsed once. I dried it and found the color had faded! My daughter didn't even wear it. I only flushed it once and it's gone! The quality seems very bad. I'm so pissed.
