It seemed like a splurge to purchase this Trimaco 24-Inch by 72-Feet Tape'n Drape, an item suggested that "others buyers also purchased." which I don't usually do. But wait. This sounded like an amazing idea. Tape and a drop cloth in one?! Hub painted the house with a sprayer and this was such a great accompaniment to the job. He never would have splurged for this – but I'm so glad I did. It's a great concept that works well, highly recommend.

I used this to tape off areas on my car where I was applying plasti-dip. It goes on quickly and is easy to use. Going around corners is tough at times because the tape will fold and crease if you don't have just straight edges. But I don't find this to be too big of a deal.

These are the best. Masking made easy by using tape'n drape which make painting a lot more fun and easy cleanup. That's my feedback.

It worked fantastic. I cleaned most of the surfaces before applying the tape and tarp. The seal kept tight and no overspray was noticed on any of the surfaces it was sealing. Removing was easy and the lack of residue left behind wasn't even noticeable.

The quality of the tape that's packaged with the tape'n drape is pretty decent, but at times I wish I'm working with a wider tape. Take a look at tape dispenser that can load a plastic or paper drape at the same time. Those dispensers cost about $25 bucks but now you have the option of different tape and drape size combinations. If you have a small job, then this is perfect, but otherwise, I would suggest investing in the right tool for more flexibility.

Had purchased this before in a 6 foot drape length . Works well , you just have to take your time when taping along ceiling molding to get a good clean line.

Removed a popcorn ceiling in my hallway. This was amazing - I put it up and didn't have to remove photos from the walls. Once I was done with removal, re-texture, prime and paint I took it down. So satisfying to not have to clean the wall and re hang the photos after the labor of the popcorn removal and re-texture.

Decent product overall, it does however leave a bit to be desired. I hoped that the tape surface would have been a bit larger than it was. As it stands it has a little trouble sticking to surfaces. Once I got it it worked ok.

I had never used a product like this, but it is recommended when plastidipping a car. I used it on the front and back windows and it was ridiculously simple and perfect for what I needed. I'm sure it would work equally well when painting inside a house, which I will try out sometime in the future.

I use this tape to cover the doors so that Texas winter winds will not come through and keep the house warm. So far, it's working very well for me. I use it for weather purposes. I'll give it two thumbs up.

Clever product. Annoying to cut. Tape is a little too weak. It sometimes tears when unrolling. Better than finding newpaper. Who has newspaper anymore?

Used this to tape off and cover my windows when painting the walls, as well as for protecting my carpet while painting the trim. I was surprised that it stuck so well to the carpet. When taping off to paint the trim, I unrolled about 2 feet at a time, laid it close to the edge of the baseboard, pulled it taught and pushed it under the boards just a bit. It completely protected my carpet and stayed stuck. Two things though: when pulling out the drape, hold the tape in place. Sometimes the drape…

this helped a great deal when painting the kitchen. I would recommend that you use a pair of scissors as it can be awfully difficult to tear it when your finished with the length that you need. I plan on using this for protecting mouldings and hardwood floors in future painting projects.
