Review on Disguise 85229CH Toad Child Costume by Yousef Abood

My son was so excited to get his Captain Toad costume! While the hat looks great and is stretched enough to appear like it should fit, it kept falling off his head. Upon inspection, we found that the cap itself probably had too much padding. We solved this problem by ripping one of the seams inside the hat, removing some of the polyethylene fill for a better fit, and sewing the seam back. It's not an overly complicated repair, but it was annoying to think about. I mean, the whole point of buying a Halloween costume is that you don't have to break your sewing machine! Anyway my son looks like a toad so he is happy and all is well, ending well but buy this knowing it will probably only fit if your child has an exceptionally small head or at least you do have some basic sewing skills.
