So why three stars. The speakers are fine for my application, but when I encountered a problem with one of the mounting screws, the most interesting thing began: one screw is broken, that's all, just one. The Phillips recesses weren't properly formed, making the screw unusable. I go to the Pyle website, open a request on May 27th and get a response (see below). Your request (87239) has been received and is being reviewed by our support team. I suppose complex problems like mine require careful study because to date I have not received a replacement or even an answer as to what the hell you are, you are on your own. As you can imagine, I have little patience for organizations that cannot perform simple tasks. What exactly will the support staff do if they don't provide support? Hey, maybe I'm just scared, so take your chances, but know that if you need similar help, you might be the next to post an answer like mine.
