Impressed by this bench
I received this bench in a single box and had it out and completely assembled in 5 minutes. Instructions were easy to understand, but the bench is pretty much self explanatory. I use it with bands and dumbbells and the sturdiness of it was unexpected. At this point, I would recommend this bench for a small home gym and a 63 year old ex-gym rat. It was a good purchase!
