from Revane's End, I am very impressed with this little press. This gave me the perfect consistency for a no-fuss tofu omelette—just pop in before bed and keep in the fridge. I love gadgets that make life easier, but I've always resisted the tofu press because it really is a miracle and they're expensive for what they are. But after dropping books, pans, glasses, etc. off a block of tofu and trying to press it down without using any of them (you know they never press evenly!) I'm done. it was pain That makes it easy. Do you plan to have dinner tomorrow? Just let him push the night. No thought behind it. It actually extracted quite a bit of water in just a few minutes, so even short presses will come in handy.
