I HAVE THIS FOR MY 2015 Cadillac SRX and I tried two programs before installing it but it didn't work with my TPMS tool, so i called the number that was in the box and he said he will see if this part fits the car and he also said the sensors were already programmed. and all I had to do was get it installed and running fine. I installed them and then used my tool to program them once I bled them. THAT was the trick, they needed air to just work if you know what to do I didn't have to drive although that would have worked too.
