This is usually sold for car and desk use but I bought 2 of these to use in my house as I have a lot of house plants. During the winter, people bring their houseplants indoors, and when they turn on the heaters, the air becomes drier, causing their houseplant leaves to dry out. Traditional replacement humidifiers are effective but take up a lot of space and energy. They are rechargeable and compact so you can use a vase or jar and place them anywhere near your plants. However, I've noticed that one of them stopped working after the vapor flow kept decreasing for a few weeks and I'm hoping to replace it. Consider how often you will be using them as this can affect how long these devices last. The disadvantage of these devices is that they have a very short lifespan, maybe 4-6 months when you buy them. Sometimes the mist will start to dissipate, likely due to limescale build-up, which can be corrected with vinegar or CLR. Might last longer if you only use it intermittently, but for my purposes I used it continuously until it needed a charge. If you are using this for plants I would suggest using it as a complement to a plug or a longer life plug.
