I used to use a smaller and cheaper monitor stand that was very handy but too small for my needs. Went to Revain to buy another one and then found this one, much bigger and stronger. This model is easier to install and set up, stronger and more than twice the size of my previous one. I haven't removed the plastic covers from the sticky gel pads yet, but they were rock solid and had significantly more material and weight than my old one could ever hold. It's really one of those things that you don't know what you need while you have it and then you can't live without it! This is a great place for short cables, adapters, flash drives, memory cards, and other knick-knacks. I even have a few Raspberry Pi single board computers! Because of its design, it works best with flat-top monitors that have a square front edge. So keep that in mind when considering an order. If you have a monitor like this, I highly recommend it!
