Review on Vibrant Blue S14 Outdoor Patio Edison Replacement Bulbs - Pack of 25, E26 Medium Base, 11 Watt - Novelty Lights + by Glenda Vollan

We love our lanterns and love to decorate them for every season so we bought some red, pale white and these blue bulbs and they placed lanterns along the fence. They looked fine for a couple of weeks, but then unfortunately the blue onions lost their hue and turned almost white. This was definitely due to the outside sun as they were only faded on the outside. Red bulbs and any other color have not caused any problems so far, but for some reason this blue bulb did. We replaced all those blue lightbulbs with blue LEDs and they work great and don't fade. I think they will work in the winter as the sun isn't as direct, but using them any other time would be a problem.
