Review on 🔥 Infrared Ceramic Lamp Bulb - Ceramic Heat Emitter for Reptile Vivariums, Brooders, Coops, and Pets (250 Watts) by Sabrina White

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Uniform, mild heating, but it heats the lamp cover and you don't know when it's on.

I used this lightbulb to warm a box of newborn puppies. The first bulb was 3 feet from the puppies and was still burning. The second was about 5 feet long and was used to account for changes in room temperature, drafts and the time mom spent with the puppies. A stable, comfortable temperature remained between the two light bulbs in the box. A lightbulb 5 feet away alone would not be able to heat the box. Mom could snuggle under the lower bulb or move aside if she got too hot. Since the lamp does not emit any light, it can be used 24 hours a day. I had a 3rd white bulb in between when I wanted light. However, since I didn't know if the lightbulb was on, I burned myself twice when I hit the metal cover of the lightbulb. Satisfied with the warmth and control they offered.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Nothing
