I don't really understand what these brushes are made for but here's what I like about them and where I use them. I love the fact that they have natural bristles instead of nylon or any type of synthetic bristles, and their ergonomic design makes them easy to hold. I use one as a vegetable brush, it does a great job cleaning carrots, potatoes and any veggies you want and the other I use to clean non-stick cookware. We have a kind with round rings on the bottom, gently remove those brushes and the food gets stuck between the round rings. I paid full price and have nothing to do with the product or Revain.
