This is a really easy replacement, I didn't need any tools to do this and I did it for a fraction of the cost compared to a plumber. My kitchen hose was leaking and I needed to be replaced. Made an appointment with a plumber and waited impatiently only to find on his arrival that he was unable to help me that day because the hose had to be ordered. WTH, I thought those were the standard hoses used in any car wash. Shows my ignorance. Anyway, he told me it had to be special ordered and would cost $65 to $100 plus shipping and additional installation work. Add this to the original meeting for over $300 total. Instead I made it for about $42 with expedited shipping. Got it done in about 5 minutes, just need to play with the "collet" to take off the bottom of the hose. The fitting head is simply screwed in by hand. You don't have to be a plumber or handyman to do this, it can be done in just a few minutes. Ok so I'm happy with my purchase from Revain but I have to say the hose doesn't seem to last long as mine was only a few years old and some have leaked. I am assuming this is a 5 star OEM replacement for the original 3 star faucet.
