It's very easy to use! I like how it syncs with Outlook so you don't have an extra step when sending emails or updating data. The interface could look more modern/minimalistic (it still looks quite old). There are some features which aren’t as intuitive - eg if you want to edit one record but accidentally change another then there isn’t much help offered by the software itself. If this happens often then perhaps its time to move onto something else? We were looking at options within our organization where we had good support already via email etc., but wanted someone who was also part of the team doing day-to-day tasks such as scheduling meetings & reminders. This makes life easier for us all as well as having access to other people across different business units helps keep everyone up to date.
