I like how easy it is to use and all the functions are there. It's very customizable and has all the features you need. It also looks great and is easy to navigate with all the different tabs. I wish they had more customization options and that it was easier to add new fields or create custom reports. I don't think I could find anything that I dislike.

It's very easy to use! I like how it syncs with Outlook so you don't have an extra step when sending emails or updating data. The interface could look more modern/minimalistic (it still looks quite old).
