Disappointing Sound Quality for Walkie-Talkies

When I tried this product, i was very disappointed with its sound quality .It sounded muffled and scratchy making it almost impossible to communicate accurately. The alligator clip worked well, but that wasn't enough to make up for the poor sound. It's frustrating to spend money on electronics that dont meet expectations..
