What I was seeking, but not as bright as I'd hoped
I had previously purchased an E17 LED bulb for my microwave (because they fade so badly after about a year) and was very frustrated that it "strobed" when turned on. The look wasn't noticeable from a distance, but when you tried to cook under the light it really got annoying.This bulb does not strobe under full power. BUT when I run it at "low" it does. No biggie. I have no reason to ever need a dimmed under-microwave bulb as this one is a bit anemic as it is. Was hoping for brighter, but it is about the same brightness as a filament bulb.

- May not provide sufficient light for reading or other activities that require bright lighting
