I received this unit as a refurbished unit. Small scratch on the cover but overall in excellent condition and good value for money. I think overall it's a solid build, nothing feels flimsy including the keyboard and touchpad. The hardware pairs well with ChromeOS, and apps like the Chrome browser and Zoom run smoothly and without lag. The 15 inch display is perfect for hours of zoom sessions. Also, the speakers are loud and clear (especially when compared to the HP Chromebook15). The cost savings came from the display, and that's the biggest downside of this laptop, but I knew it was coming. The 780p resolution makes images and words a bit grainy, and the non-IPS display limits viewing angles. I have to say that for the price of the repair I got it for the display doesn't kill the deal at all and the display makes up for these shortcomings with a very good maximum brightness. They make an FHD, IPS, and touchscreen version of this laptop if you're willing to spend the extra cash, but I think this version is great for our needs.
