Great when it works - Updated

So I bought 2 of these cables to connect 2 24 inch monitors to my 2016 MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, 1 cable failed in just 3 months. The other is still working. I verified it was the cable by reversing the ports it was plugged into on the Mac and swapped monitors. The monitor I connected it to failed, the only similarity was the cable.* **The company contacted me and sent a replacement cable. Everything is all right again!***
