Delicious! Suitable for diet and sports nutrition

These shake mixes are as good and so much better than all those fancy protein shakes, and at a much better price! I have tried many and since this is my second purchase I will definitely choose them! I like to mix them with ice cream or almond milk, with or without fruit or veg. The shake has no chalky texture and no weird taste from natural sugars, which is very important to me. Very happy with this brand and both flavors!
