Holds a groove very well
I use them on an Audio Technica shell with an Ortofon Scratch OM pickup. I used M44-7h (garbage), Ortofon Scratch Concorde and Ortofon DJ S Concorde. I haven't tried the Scratch MKIII and haven't found anything that holds the groove as well as Scratch. Using OM instead of Concorde helps a bit with tracking. Using Scratch over other needles makes tracking a lot easier. My last set lasted 2 good years. It's been almost 3 years and one was shot. Both had to be replaced in about 1.5-2 years. I use them regularly
