After ordering one size bigger too small! DO NOT BUY
I wear size 00 and ordered a size up (11mm) and they run VERY small. The walls don't protrude very far, so they fall out even more easily than if they were the right size. They are thicker than any silicone earplugs I've had, so sleeping in them is uncomfortable. Don't buy them unless you want undersized end caps and uncomfortable thicknesses.
