Fits my 3'9 ", 45 lb son
I have a small 6 year old who always gets cold during swim lessons. This has helped a lot. He doesn't turn blue anymore and shiver! I would say it runs small because my son is in the 15-20th percentile for his age. The legs are very loose but the length of the suit is perfect. Usually items that are size 6 are huge on him. If you have an average or large child you should order a size or two up.
- The 2mm thickness of the neoprene provides just the right amount of warmth for your child, without being too bulky or restrictive
- The wetsuit may not provide enough buoyancy for some kids
