I would rate this chair 4.5 out of 5. I just received this chair and assembled it with no problems. This is the first time I'm sitting in a chair and writing this review. My butt is comfortable. Adjustable lumbar support ranges from negative lumbar support to good firm lower back support. (Wish it was a little bigger) The reason for only -0.5 stars (apart from the lumbar support area) is that the warranty information seems a bit sketchy and is very difficult to find online. First, the warranty states that it covers all defects in materials and workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear, fading, and stretching) for 10 years. TO further emphasizes that all upholstery materials and foam pillows ARE ONLY ONE YEAR LASTING! What happens if the skin tears due to a bad stitch? I'm far from the weight limit so we'll see how it holds up. I hope it lasts me 10 years. See the attached image directly from the documents in the box for warranty information.
