I ordered 2 sticks and when I received them I noticed they weren't made in the same country. The one that says "Made in the Philippines" works great. The other one that says "Made in China" doesn't work. When both are hosted on the mobo, the BIOS/Windows will only see 4GB (while applications like cpu-z will see the entire 8GB). This could be because my computer needs 1.35V memory and CPU-Z recognizes that the non-working memory is only 1.5V.
