A little tricky to get on by yourself but it’s doable- the quality is good for the price. I’m a size 36-38D -You can use the laces to get a good custom fit. Hits at the top of your hip bones so you can tuck it into a pair of jeans. I wore it several hours the first time. Pretty comfortable given the fact I sit all day.
