I have read reviews of various products and decided to choose this brand over others, but it seems a similar problem occurs with all these types of products. A square piece of detergent does not always dissolve well in the wash. It seems to happen more often when I use the whole piece and not half. I'll try splitting everything in half and next time using both for a heavy load and see if that makes a difference. updates. Breaking the square into smaller pieces with each load will help them break up. I used a whole leaf and divided it into 4 separate parts and had no problem with it not fully dissolving. I also broke it into several parts and the product dissolves perfectly. I tear it in half for small loads and then break that half into small pieces. Since I started doing this I haven't had any more problems. I will try the flavored version next time as I love the sea =)
