I like that it is very quick to send any type of test results back from anywhere if you are working through NMR's system! No software problems or glitches with this product at all!! You can access your records right out side their office while having an online appointment set up for them too. ! It saves so much work getting documents sent back over by email as well. Nothing really there isn't anything i dislike but if they had more colors maybe better visibility when looking things up? The customer support is extremely helpful. They are always willing to help out whenever you need help. I've never had any issues with them. It's a great service for both patients and doctors! It saves me so much time when it comes to sending off patient test results. It makes my life easier as a doctor. It makes it easy for me to send off test results to other doctors and make sure that they get through to the patient.
