Like us. At first I thought it might be too big; Not right. The summers here are so hot and muggy that we've had trouble getting home frozen food from the supermarket before the thaw started. Well, we might not have filled it with frozen food, but close enough. My son also packaged dairy products. I'm so glad I bought this. When we got home everything was still frozen. I'm just sorry I waited so long to buy it.

My husband loves this bag for his deliveries. It has enough space and keeps your food really hot or cold. The straps are very strong and durable. He stated that he would definitely recommend this bag to everyone from delivery drivers to those who only use it for groceries. We used it to shop for groceries and because we had multiple points of contact the day the quarantine was put in place. It kept our meat and frozen foods cold for up to 3 hours.

Of all the packages I've tried for delivery this seems to be the best. It has thicker padding than other bags I've tried. It comes with an insulated cardboard insert to reinforce the bottom.
