So far so good in terms of interior

Just received it and left it for 12 hours as recommended. I test it on my Bluetti, it uses less power with a cigarette lighter plug than with a normal household plug. Cools down pretty quickly. This is the same footprint as the smaller fridge I tested for a month, but will come back as it ruined the food on the trip. I love that the compressor comes with a 2 year warranty and is backed by BougeRV customer service which others have commented on as a positive. I plan to use it on grocery trips and car trips, as well as bringing it to the hotel and home when there's not enough space in the fridge, and I like that we don't have to buy ice cream or unpack the 'fridge' to put it in. hotel refrigerators. We will use it as a freezer on long trips. I will update this review if we continue to use it. At the moment the temperature deviates about 5-7 degrees from the set internal temperature (using two separate thermometers, one internal and one with internal cable and digital). reader on the outside of the device) 5-7* higher, so if you want 37 degrees inside, it's best to set the device to 30*. I was expecting this as the last block (different brand) was 15 degrees lower - expected the difference to be around 5*. The real test will be if it stays 5-7* indoors or if it gets warmer - the concern is that it throws food away if it's too warm, or freezes food like veggies/fruit when it's not needed. There is a divider in the middle of the unit, but that makes no sense as it can only refrigerate OR freeze, not both at the same time, and the divider interferes with optimal use of the unit. In it you can stand bottles and a gallon of milk. The whole right side is for the compressor, so the internal space is not as big as the unit. In a large SUV, it offers a good footprint behind the seat, but it doesn't fit on the floor on the passenger side of the Ford Expedition. There's no way to tie it down (the handles are molded into the side of the unit) so there's nowhere to put the loop through to keep it from wiggling at the back of your rig. All in all I bought these on a sale and a discount code and got a few more extra quarts and a longer warranty with this brand. Good for the price. Update after 2 cross country trips for 4 days, a week and multiple overnight trips - 24 hours a day left. 1. The freezer works fine but is not connected to the Bluetti which in turn is connected to the van. After four full days, the device wouldn't turn on, but the food stayed frozen. We left it in the car while we spent the night at the hotel. It turned out to be my mistake on the Blueetti which was corrected on the way back. OR I would plug it directly into the vehicle rather than using the Bluetti as a bypass and only plug it in if left in the car when you turned it off overnight. 2. Works great as a fridge on short day trips, but will not keep the fridge at a consistent temperature if placed in a hotel room for a week. It was either too cold and some of the food was frozen or not cold enough to safely eat food that should be fridge temperature. We only used it as a freezer after two days to avoid wasting food. Also, fresh vegetables and fruits can spoil because the sides can freeze and the center stays cold. I would suggest at this price if you plan to use it - as a freezer just set it to 0 degrees and then bring a separate padded fridge for the things you will be using during the day to keep them cool. but don't freeze. The Bouge 30 qt even freezes your ice packs, so you can take a few with you and just keep freezing them to keep them spinning in the cooler bag. If you're using it as a fridge, you'll have to fiddle with the settings before putting groceries in it for a long trip. My device was always turned off at 7 degrees. You can set it to 30 degrees and it won't go below zero when full. All in all I would recommend this unit in the hope that it will survive the 2 year warranty as the compressors on these types of units seem to fail easily and it is one of the few units that has a warranty longer than a year.
