Review on Frank Edmunds Needlework Frame 2941 by Jim Linquist

Have always had a few issues with this product since delivery. Before first use I had to sand the holes and remove the glue from the wood. It took a couple of weeks to just adjust it enough so it wouldn't wobble when working and align properly. It was normal to remove various scrolls from the frame. But the holes were not drilled very well and difficult. Now the bottom half of the frame is fully exposed from below. When attempting to unscrew it to pack for a car trip, the bottom screw stayed in the vertical bar rather than the horizontal lobe it sits on. We tried removing it a variety of ways and couldn't remove it without bending the pins.
