Great Customer Service and Very Understanding

I like that they have great customer service! They really listen to you when it comes time for your project deliverable or finalization of any kind.
The fact that their team can work in multiple disciplines makes them truly one stop shop with regards to all aspects related to our projects (from conception through implementation). Their ability to provide custom solutions as well as turnkey/offthe shelf options are also very helpful.
Sometimes there's too much going on at once so communication sometimes gets lost along the way but overall this has been an excellent experience working together thus far - no complaints here!!

Pros

This is my first go around using designIT, having worked previously wth another vendor which was not nearly what we had hoped from such promising beginning phase..but now things seem different.and better!!! :) We will be continuing business relationships soon enough..so hopefully more positive results down road...great job guys!!!!
