I like that it has been very easy to use because of its simple interface! It's also helpful when you have multiple people working in one project as well with different skill sets or roles within your organization. They were able to take our vision and translate it into a beautiful and functional design. They were also able to guide us through the development process and answer all of our questions. They were always available to us and were quick to respond. They also kept us in the loop with all of our decisions throughout the process. We really appreciated that!
