They were able to take our vision and translate it into a beautiful and functional design. They were also able to guide us through the development process and answer all of our questions. They were always available to us and were quick to respond. They also kept us in the loop with all of our decisions throughout the process. We really appreciated that! I wish we could have had more one-on-one time with our designers. There were times when we thought we were going in a certain direction, but they would not agree with us. They would say something like, "I think that's a good idea, but I don't think this is the way we're going to go." I wish we could have had a bit more of a chance to convince them to go in the direction that we wanted. I'm not saying that they were the wrong people for the job. It was just that we wanted to have.
